Millennials

The term “millennials,” or “generation Y,” refers to the cohort of workers born between 1982 and 1997. Millennials comprise the largest part of today's workforce and will constitute 75% of the workforce by 2025.

Several studies have been conducted to understand the attributes and working styles of this generation, given that it forms not just the workforce of today but the leadership of tomorrow. Among the most predominant attributes, millennials value transparency and autonomy. They are purpose-driven and care for inclusion and fairness. They want career growth and the betterment of society. They thrive on innovation and change.
