Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

“Key performance indicators” (KPIs) are metrics of performance measurement used in organizational setups. They help monitor and evaluate the progress and success of an organization in the context of particular activities of significant business interest. KPIs can be used to indicate alignment and impact of business activities, and also directly evaluate effectiveness. They are used in a variety of contexts, both in the business world in general and HR in particular.
