"Employee activation" is a system for employee listening and action-taking that empowers employees to drive change and innovation. It involves two parts:

"1) empowering employees across the organization to share obstacles, ideas, solutions, and solutions in their daily workflow and 2) empowering stakeholders throughout the organization to uncover insights, localize problem-solving, and take meaningful action in areas that make a positive impact on how the business performs, operates, and delivers on its brand promise to the world."
