Field Manuals
Career and Talent Mobility is made up of five Field Manuals (our version of an online module). Each one contains a variety of types of content and social exercises culminating in a mini-project, reflection, or debate. Each Field Manual will take you between 30-45 minutes to complete but you can jump on and off at your own pace, as often as you’d like. The deeper learning happens in the discussions with your fellow learners, so be sure to check in on the conversations regularly.

Career + Talent Mobility in Context
In a tight labor market, no one can afford to lose talent. And yet, employees cite a lack of career growth and development as one of the most critical reasons they are leaving their jobs. This Field Manual examines the state of career development today and asks: How can we reimagine career development and create endless opportunities for growth, education, and reskilling for our employees?
Agile Talent Mobility
Internal talent mobility is fast-becoming the answer to critical talent shortages as organizations recognize that reskilling people is vastly superior for both organization and employee. Despite this, very few organizations have a nimble, agile approach to internal talent mobility. This Field Manual outlines what that strategy looks like and the mindset shifts that underpin it.
Career Pathways
Career pathways—defined, often nonlinear routes for career growth and development—are a critical tool in developing agile career growth. Forward-thinking organizations are putting in the time and strategic thinking it takes to build career pathways, and reaping enormous benefits. This Field Manual serves as a primer to this essential tool.
Talent Marketplaces
Talent marketplaces are at the center of future-proof talent strategies. Beloved by employees and organizations alike, these AI-driven platforms connect talent with opportunity, solving business and people problems quickly and easily. This Field Manual gives you an introduction to this powerful tool.
Impacts of Talent Mobility Across HR
To have dramatic and lasting impact, a talent mobility strategy cannot live with one HR function; it needs an interconnected approach across the HR organization. This kind of silo-breaking can lead to even deeper impacts in HR, where we reimagine the structure and design of our own work. In this Field Manual, we’ll examine how evolving, agile talent strategies affect every corner of HR, with profound consequences.
