Talent Management

“Talent management” refers to the methodical organization of HR practices and processes set in place for maximizing the performance of employees so that they achieve subsequent business goals. Systemic talent management (STM) in particular is the latest approach in talent management. STM is where all HR practices that maximize employee performance are treated in the scope of a multidimensional space that comprises all HR processes and activities in the areas of redesigning the work and the workplace, recruiting new employees, and retaining and reskilling existing ones.
