What really works in diversity, equity, and inclusion?

2020 has driven a reckoning in the HR industry: the time for diversity, equity, and inclusion is now. We’re all aware that investing in diversity, equity, and inclusion is one of the most important ways to attract and retain employees, invest in long term financial growth, and generally act as an employer of integrity. But translating awareness into action isn't always so easy. Where's the cross-industry standard? What's the playbook?

We want to make just that, with your help. We’ve designed our latest research study to identify what practices organizations have taken to increase workforce diversity and equity to create a more inclusive environment, and which practices have led to the greatest positive business and people outcomes.

We’ll develop the survey results into a benchmarking report and analysis, available to survey participants in January. By participating, you will be able to compare your organization’s diversity, equity and inclusion practices —across senior leadership, culture and environment, recruitment, talent and workforce, and metrics—against others from around the world.
