OAKLAND, Calif., June 25, 2020 – The Josh Bersin Academy, the world’s only global development academy for HR professionals, today announced that future foHRward is now an official affiliate of the Academy. future foHRward delivers leading-edge content, topical events and workshops, and thought leadership to Canada’s HR community.
The affiliate agreement gives future foHRward rights to sell Josh Bersin Academy memberships in Canada. The Academy, which currently has approximately 10,000 members, offers content-rich online programs, a carefully curated library of tools and resources, and a global community that helps HR and talent professionals stay current on the trends and practices needed to drive organizational success in the modern world of work.
Founded by Mark Edgar, former CHRO of RSA Canada, and Naomi Titleman Colla, former CHRO of Amex Canada, future foHRward started in 2016 as a forum for CHROs to focus on their role in the future of work. In 2019, the company expanded to explore four important areas related to HR and the modern world of work: assembling a diverse workforce, enabling talent to work more productively and effectively, fostering learning agility throughout the organization, and supporting wellbeing in the workplace.
