At the Josh Bersin Academy we believe that HR is a craft. To perfect our craft, it’s critical to learn from experts and thought leaders who have proven themselves in the field. That’s why the Academy is introducing our Senior Faculty, 13 experienced HR practitioners that you will be able to learn from, interact with, and pose questions to. The Academy Senior Faculty provides members with a unique opportunity to interact directly with top HR leaders around the world.
“Our senior faculty, all of whom have decades of professional experience, will bring their knowledge and advice to community conversations to ensure a rich, informative, and engaging experience for our members.” — Josh Bersin
What does it mean to be a Senior Faculty member, and how can they help?
Selected for outstanding leadership and contributions to the profession, each Senior Faculty member will participate in the Academy’s global community by sharing information, offering commentary on relevant topics and common challenges, and answering questions from members. These Senior Faculty members will serve for one year and bring experience from across all industries and disciplines of HR. They’ll also bring insights to the Academy’s global community.
